安费诺亮泰企业股份有限公司（下称『安费诺亮泰』，及其关系企业『昆山安费诺正日电子有限公司』）于 2017 年 4 月 24 日中国深圳中级人民法院起诉控告中国连接器制造商『深圳乔合里科技股份有限公司』及其经销商『东莞市泰莫斯电子科技有限公司』（合称『乔合里』）侵害专利权，中国深圳中级人民法院于2018年5月4日判决乔合里侵害安费诺亮泰专利权。
安费诺亮泰于该诉讼中主张乔合里所制造及销售之产品侵害其数个防水连接器专利；中国深圳中级人民法院判定乔合里侵害安费诺亮泰之专利权，并应立即停止制造、使用、销售、邀约销售侵权产品，并判定乔合里赔偿安费诺亮泰之经济损失。
安费诺亮泰将持续保护其专利以及知识产权，并在适当且必要时于任何国家对智慧财产侵权寻求法律保障。
